CA AD Delegate Elections January 2019

On Sunday, January 27, 2019 the California Democratic Party will hold their bi-annual Assembly District Election Meetings (ADEMS) to elect 14 Assembly District Delegates (ADDs) for each of the state’s 80 districts.

Why is this election important? These delegates, and their appointed colleagues, choose party leaders, endorse candidates, and they can influence the party’s agenda.

Unusually high turnout at the 2017 ADEMs took many seasoned election-watchers by surprise with Berniecrats, Progressives and/or Labor candidates winning 669 of 1120 seats.

You must be a registered Democrat in your Assembly District to vote on January 27th. Find your District here:
